I love meditating, gardening, poetry and helping others to deeply relax within themselves.

Over the last 25+ years, I have been exploring different ways of meditation and mindfulness practices. Special thanks to my parents who taught me mediation practices from a young age, a habit which has been an important part of my daily life ever since.

Meditation has helped me a lot in navigating through more challenging times in my life ranging from trauma in my childhood and teenage years, exam stress in college, health challenges, stress at my finance job, divorce to financial uncertainty.
